donna-lindley-300wOrganized Office Solutions, a professional organizing company, was founded by Donna Lindley, CPO®, PTAC.  She specializes in simplifying her clients' environments, and helps them to realize reduced stress, increased productivity, and more time to do the things which they enjoy most.

Her exceptional organizational skills have been helping people to solve paper, email, space, and time management issues since 2003. Donna’s unique approach to organizing combines technology, processes and systems to enable you to find anything in your office in 5 seconds or less! Each solution is customized to fit our client’s style. Organized Office Solutions has helped individual and business clients including corporations, executives, government and educational institutions, not-for-profit organizations, small businesses and entrepreneurs. Based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Donna helps clients on-site throughout the Detroit Metro area, travels to give seminars, and offers virtual organizing nationwide.

In addition to consulting services, Donna offers speaking engagements and seminars to educate groups on the fundamentals of organizing. She has written and lectured extensively on such topics as email overload, time management, and paper overload. Her STEP Seminar teaches participants how to become more organized in the areas of space, time, email, and paper.

Donna earned the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) from the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers as a member of the Inaugural Class of Certified Professional Organizers. Donna is also a graduate of Hemphill Productivity Institute. As a certified productivity trainer (PTAC), Donna is part of an elite group of organizers from across the country who offer training, speaking and hands-on productivity solutions. This group was trained by Barbara Hemphill, author of Taming the Paper Tiger at Work and Taming the Paper Tiger at Home. Organized Office Solutions is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Donna graduated with honors from Hope College, receiving her B.S. degree in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology. Before starting Organized Office Solutions, she was a Manager with Accenture, a global management consulting company. Throughout her 9-year Accenture career, she developed and refined her organizational and time management skills as a project manager.  She was responsible for her organization's internal processes, such as multi-site coordination and communication, standardized metrics and reporting, and electronic file organization.
